Health Recovery Services' nursing services offer 24-hour nursing care to both HRS residential facilities. We are available for medication administration and education, basic healthcare, and emergency services. Our nurses perform individual healthcare services as well as educational group nursing services. We facilitate the needs of our medical director who sees each client personally at intake and discharge, and at weekly checks, dependent upon each client's needs. All of our nurses are credentialed as either licensed practical nurses or registered nurses and some are also licensed as chemical dependency counselor assistants. Nursing staff also review each outpatient chart for health complaints and issues and may make referrals to the client to be seen by outside healthcare providers. Additionally, nursing staff also work closely with the counseling staff at outpatient programs when needed and are available to them 24 hours a day.
