Referrals or inquiries are accepted for anyone requiring services to return to work due to Stand Down from any DOT covered safety-sensitive position including:

• Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA)

• Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)

• Federal Railroad Administration (FRA)

• Federal Transit Administration (FTA)

• Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA)

• United States Coast Guard (USCG)

Referrals are accepted from those seeking services for themselves or from employers seeking services for their employees.

All Return to Work services are provided by a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) as required by Department of Transportation regulations.
