This location provides individual counseling and case management services for addiction and mental health related issues.

This location also provides access to Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opioid addiction. We accept court ordered referrals, referrals from primary care providers as well as self referrals. Contact 740-753-4811 to schedule an appointment.
